1. Where is Luxe Chill located?
We are proudly based in Melbourne, Australia
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 2-4 business days and sent via Australia Post. Delivery then takes 3-7 days in most cases, however may take a little longer for some regional areas.
We offer Express Post as an option if you require your order a little quicker - and if you need something super urgent contact us on sales@luxechill.com
3. Do you ship internationally
Yes we can - please email us sales@Luxechill.com to place your order and we can organise a freight/shipping quote to your location
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel and we can organise a replacement/refund where appropriate
5. Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not - all our products are cruelty-free and only tested on humans :)
6. Are Luxe Chill products ok for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with skin-loving, gentle ingredients however if you have sensitive skin we recommend doing a patch test first
7. How do I store my bath salts/bath bombs ?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Luxe Chill products make beautiful gifts. Please email us as soon as you place your order and let us know you would like gift wrapping and we will be in touch with options of what we can do!
